Francesca Morgante Moderator Francesca Morgante joined RSPO in October 2018 with the responsibility of moving the European market towards 100% sustainable sourcing of palm oil. In 2022 she was assigned the role of Senior Manager for Europe. In this role, she is responsible for pan-European projects, key account management and market development activities in key European countries.

Francesca has extensive experience in organic production and certification. Before joining the RSPO, she worked within the cosmetic sector, marketing a quality seal for natural and organic cosmetics. Francesca holds a degree in Development and International Cooperation from the Bologna University and has over 15 years of experience within the non-profit sector at an international level, including NGOs in Italy, her native country, and abroad. She lives in Bologna with her husband and two children.
